Delete Account
You may request deletion of your OrbitNetSecure account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your account to support@orbitnetsecure.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
What will be deleted
- Your account profile and authentication credentials
- Registered devices linked to your account
- VPN usage and session data associated with your account
Timing
Your account and associated data will be deleted within a reasonable time after we verify the request. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
