Service Description

OrbitNetSecure provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that routes your internet traffic through encrypted tunnels to remote servers. The service is offered through our mobile application and web dashboard.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not share your account with third parties beyond the permitted device limit.

No Illegal Activity

You may not use the service to engage in any activity that violates applicable law, including unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Subscription Rules

• Subscriptions are billed through the platform on which you purchased them (Google Play).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the payment platform.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OrbitNetSecure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
