Connection issues
- Make sure your device has an active internet connection before connecting.
- Try switching to a different server if one region is unreachable.
- Restart the app and try reconnecting.
- If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and approximate time of the issue.
Billing issues
- Subscriptions are handled through Google Play. Check your Google Play subscriptions for renewal status and cancellation.
- If your subscription is active but the app does not recognize it, try the "Restore purchases" option in the mobile app.
- For refund requests, follow Google Play's refund policy.
