Frequently asked questions

Connection issues

  • Make sure your device has an active internet connection before connecting.
  • Try switching to a different server if one region is unreachable.
  • Restart the app and try reconnecting.
  • If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and approximate time of the issue.

Billing issues

  • Subscriptions are handled through Google Play. Check your Google Play subscriptions for renewal status and cancellation.
  • If your subscription is active but the app does not recognize it, try the "Restore purchases" option in the mobile app.
  • For refund requests, follow Google Play's refund policy.
  • For billing issues not resolved by the above, contact support.
